Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can only be requested at the time of delivery, while the courier is at your door.

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items must remain in their original condition—unwashed, unaltered, and without any signs of wear, with all tags intact.

Size exchanges are allowed if the requested size is in stock.

Exchange requests can be submitted via email or direct message, including your order number for reference.
